Everything you need to know before you book.
A refundable Security Deposit is collected at EV handover to secure the asset — typically ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 depending on the model (see Fleet & Pricing). It is returned after a satisfactory inspection, provided you complete a minimum of 6 working weeks of rental and return the vehicle in good condition.
Yes. Every rider completes Aadhaar-based KYC before handover — a quick, digital step built into the booking flow.
No. Routine maintenance is included. We only bill for damaged parts and consumables when damage is directly caused by the rider.
Return the EV in good condition at your hub. Early return is allowed, but rental charges for the period used still apply. Security Deposit refunds require 6 working weeks of rental and a clean inspection — shorter rentals are not eligible for SD refunds.
A valid Driving Licence, Aadhaar Card, and PAN Card. KYC is mandatory. B2B fleet operators may need signed agreements — our team will confirm during enquiry.
